After that, it’s a mix-and-match solution that may include Deng Gak (13.9 MPG, 2.2 PPG, 3.1 RPG) , Rodney Miller Jr. (4.6 MPG, 0.4 PPG, 0.4 RPG), and Sam Waardenburg (Did Not Play). Together, the three played in 30 games. Waardenburg did not play due to injury. These guys will all need to step up.

Miami Basketball Preview – Backcourt

Although the frontcourt has many questions, the Miami backcourt is deep, experienced, and skilled. Last year as a freshman, Isaiah Wong posted breakthrough numbers, averaging 17.4 PPG and recording 28 or more points in three games. He’s a 43.1/34.7/80.3 shooter. Opposite Wong, Kameron McGusty offers 13.3 PPG and almost identical shooting stats as cohort Wong. Transfers Jordan Miller (George Mason) and Rodney Moore (DePaul) add even more playmaking choices, while three incoming freshman provide rich potential. This is a premium group.
